Sample analysis
A real analysis, made with Axon Factory itself as the vendor and a sample customer. So you see what you get, without us publishing anything about another vendor.
The sample analysis contains the summary, the risk of the use, per safeguard what the public pages stated (or not), the questions for the vendor, the contract checklist and the decision block.
What AxonVendor does not do
- The risk is about your use of a vendor, not about the vendor as a company.
- We only read public pages. What is behind a login or a non-disclosure agreement we do not see.
- "Not found" does not mean "not there": it was not on the pages we examined.
- It is no audit of the vendor and no legal advice.
- You make the decision yourself. The analysis helps you support and record it.
Frequently asked questions
Will my auditor accept this?
Set up according to ISO 27001 A.5.19–A.5.22. Whether your auditor considers it sufficient is for them to judge.
Which vendors should I have analysed?
After your register you see the risk of your use of each vendor, and we suggest the vendors with the highest risk. You choose.
How does the money back work?
Book a 30-minute call about your results within 60 days after delivery. After the call we refund the full amount of your order, also for the Extended plan. You may keep the documents.
I want more than 10 vendors analysed.
Your register can be as long as you like; only the analyses have a maximum. For more than 10 analyses, place a second order.
We are subject to DORA. Can we use this?
Yes. If you indicate that DORA applies to you, we ask the extra questions for the register of information and you get an export for it. Whether DORA applies to you is for you to judge.
What if the information is wrong?
Let us know. We check it against the stored evidence, correct the analysis and make the documents again. If that does not solve it, you get your money back. Vendors can request a correction themselves on the page for vendors.
Can you review my vendor's answers?
Yes, on request. Once your vendor has answered the questionnaire, we read the answers and point out, question by question, what is still missing. In a short conversation we discuss what you need, and you receive a quote in advance.
Does AxonVendor use AI?
A language model extracts statements from the vendor's public pages, only with a literal quote that we check. The language model never receives your answers, your name or your KVK number; only the name of a vendor as you entered it, when we do not recognise the vendor by its domain. The risk and the advice come from fixed rules.
Payment
You pay in advance through Mollie. The payment, the invoice and any refund run through the invoicing of Axon Factory. AxonVendor is only for companies: you enter your KVK number and get an invoice in your company's name.
